It actually works very well. I was a little pessimistic and worried because I was using it on a customer's ceiling that had a wet stain spot caused by above bathroom leaky toilet. But to my surprise it actually did a great job and saved me from having to paint the entire ceiling. And everyone knows how hard it is to paint over a water stain in the ceiling. Try this out next time.

We bought our house & there was an old brown water stain on the popcorn ceiling in the dining room ~ a spot approx. 5" x 8". Read reviews on this product online...and it REALLY WORKS. Did a light spray 3 separate times, do not soak the area ~ we let each sprayed spot dry for 5 days in between the 2nd & 3rd spray. You can not see where the old water stain was located.
